The room was fantastic, clean, and spacious, and the staff were friendly and eager to help with anything I needed.

Breakfast offerings could use a bit more variety.

Everything was perfect, pleasant staff, particularly nice views of the mountain. I greatly enjoyed the good location in the peaceful area. There were a mall and convenience stores around the hotel.

the rooms were neat with clean bathrooms. location: the hotel was so close to all the genting attractions and the centre of the town where the restaurants are and cable car. it also was in the valley.

The beautiful king room was comfortable, but road access is terrible.

I recently stayed for three nights while attending a conference, and it was a good experience. The hotel has a beautiful environment, and the staff were helpful, quickly resolving a minor issue with my room. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety and was enjoyed both inside and outside. The shuttle services to nearby attractions were a bonus, and the room had all the essentials, including a kettle and iron, ensuring a comfortable stay. the morning fog created a magical atmosphere that made waking up a true pleasure.

We had a lovely stay at scapes. the room was spacious and very comfortable, with a clean pull-out sofa bed that fit us perfectly. we really enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered a fantastic selection including freshly baked goods and local coffee. the staff, especially in the breakfast area, were friendly and attentive, enhancing our overall experience.

A mix-up with room allocations happened 😔.

The water pressure in the bidet was painfully slow, making me doubt if it would ever stop. Plus, the sink and shower ran dangerously hot with higher pressure. Brushing my teeth became a challenge; I felt like I was burning my skin!

The location, though a bit remote, had easy access to nearby theme parks, which was a plus. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially one sweet lady at the front desk.

There were a ton of issues! The reception was rude, the beds and pillows felt like rocks, and the aircon was a joke in one room. Let's not even start on the pesky red light that wouldn’t turn off at night! The pool was closed when we wanted to use it, and the hotel is too far from everything, making it a hassle to get around. Just a big letdown overall!

My visit to the Mohamed Noah Foundation Mosque in Genting Highlands was highly anticipated, as I was eager to experience its beautiful architecture and serene atmosphere. I specifically chose Scapes for its proximity to this landmark, and I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s paid airport shuttle service, which made my arrival seamless. I also enjoyed the gym and bar amenities available on-site. The buffet breakfast was a good start to my days, offering a delicious variety that kept me energized for my adventures.

Housekeeping was subpar, with long waits for room cleaning and a lack of basic amenities such as drinking water.

Recommend it for families

The room was really spacious, a huge plus when you've got kids running around, and the staff were so friendly and helpful when we asked for extra towels and a high chair. They even have a coffee machine and my husband really enjoyed the latte, he had two cups in the morning!

It was a bit pricey though, not exactly cheap, but I guess still acceptable for what we got.

Although staff were friendly and accommodating, the cleanliness of the bathroom leaves room for improvement.

During my recent stay, I was thrilled to find that the Genting Strawberry Leisure Farms, known for its vibrant strawberry fields, was just a 20-minute stroll away, and the scenic Tanglir Falls offered a perfect walking route to enjoy nature's beauty right near the hotel, making my weekend exploration so enjoyable.

The hotel's decor was inviting and the rooms were spacious. It had easy access to parking. The staff were attentive and helpful.

Improved room soundproofing would enhance comfort.

The air conditioning worked efficiently, keeping the room comfortable.
