The room was really spacious, a huge plus when you've got kids running around, and the staff were so friendly and helpful when we asked for extra towels and a high chair. They even have a coffee machine and my husband really enjoyed the latte, he had two cups in the morning!

It was a bit pricey though, not exactly cheap, but I guess still acceptable for what we got.

I recently spent 2 nights in a Deluxe Twin Room and was thoroughly impressed with the hotel. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring freshly baked goods, a variety of delicious options, and warm, attentive staff. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view of Genting. The shuttle service to the cable car station was also a nice touch for easy access to the area. It would be better if the reception staff were as friendly as the rest of the hotel staff.
